Welcome and Introductions-Thomas and Christa

Present: Malcolm Varner, Christa Page, Korine Starkey, Tracee Blackfall, Thomas Cunningham, Kenya Moorer, Paula Wilkins

Mission/Brief Data Overview- I reviewed slides with stats and explained how you can help. I explained the roles of Adv. Committee and members

Someone asked about the overall goal or mission, and also asked about future fundraising efforts, increasing awareness and  support for African Americans in the community, planning for future fundraising for rack cards and other items, etc, and registering and having requirements in place as OHMAS sets standards for coalitions to be able to receive grant funds.

Volunteer agreement-discussion only- we will email a link.

Outreach-September is Suicide Prevention Awareness month! Saving Lives, A Scoop @ Time volunteers, supporters(dropped flyer into chat) any upcoming events to share? Tracee will volunteer at the event

Wrap-Up and Closing-Thomas and Christa, answered the above questions, and agreed on meeting time to remain the same for now
